Although this is a large seven bed property, only 5 are let at a time to maintain a homely, private environment. There is currently 1 vacancy to let a recently decorated, double en-suite room to a professional, working person, the room is equipped with mini fridge freezer and microwave ( optional to keep in the room) The four current tenants consist of three males and one female who are are all working professionals. There is a friendly and sociable atmosphere within the home but there is also plenty of privacy as all tenants have varied working hours as well as a mixture of individual hobbies and social engagements outside of the home. The spacious kitchen, living room and utility room is shared, there are 2 washing machines and tumble dryers to use with an area to hang washing. The communal areas are cleaned regularly by the landlady who lives in a separate flat at the rear of the house.

It’s in a great location opposite the lovely Thompson’s park. Approximately a Twenty five minutes walk to the city centre, or there are regular buses that stop just outside the property. Cathedral Road and Pontcanna is a 10 minute walk away. Easy access to all nearby universities, hospitals and cycle trails.
