Great flat in the heart of Fulham, just off Fulham Road on a quiet street, close to both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations(about 5 - 7 min walk) and good bus links. Loads of good restaurants and pubs nearby.

Fully furnished and just recently painted throughout by the landlord, including communal areas, and in great condition. Big communal kitchen and huge living room.

Very chilled out flatmates, both female and professionals in their 20's and 30's. Looking for like-minded person to share the occasional glass of wine and explore the local pubs.

The room for rent is the master bedroom and largest in the flat and has good views over Fulham. Lots of natural light, space and fitted cupboards. The bedroom is on the top floor so lots of privacy and the bathroom/shower shared with just one of the other bedrooms on the same floor.

Ready to be rented out immediately so move in date can be as soon as you want. The only reason I am leaving is I have been posted overseas for work.
