Room in a Shared Flat, Roman Apartments, E8

I have just moved into a very new and modern 2 bed flat in London Fields, 30 seconds walk to Pub On The Park and one minute to the Lido. Of course Broadway Market is pretty close too so we’re not short of restaurants, bars, and some very nice bakeries.Very well connected with the London Underground 1 minute away and different bus routes on Mare Street. Hackney Central station is a 5 minute walk.
The flat is in a quiet secluded street so the flat is not noisy, plus it’s got double glazing windows that insulate the place. The flat also comes with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
I’m looking for my next flatmate to take the second room. It has a very comfortable king size bed and a big wardrobe. Desk and fancy chair included too I’d like someone nice to live with, someone who likes sharing the ocasional drink or dinner but also understands and enjoys their own space. Cleaningness is a must.I’m really not that fussy but I like the place to be tidy and clean, specially after a long day at work. ;)
I just moved in so the place still needs more personality and your opinion with decoration would be welcome too.
I work in Photography and freelance around studios in East London. Although I’m technically a freelancer I pretty much booked all the time so it’s like having a full time job.I consider myself easygoing (I bet they all say that) and respectful. I like bonding with people, specially if we’re going to be living together.
Of course enjoy the ocasional drink out, social dinners, going to the cinema and exhibitions, or just lie in doing nothing contemplating if I should cook dinner or get a take away. You know, life choices…
