It's very well located, just a few minutes walk from Tower Bridge, Maltby Market, or the edgy Bermondsey street pubs and restaurants.
Thames views and parks are also close by.

***THE HOUSE***

The property benefits well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc.
Shower tub is only for your own use.
Plenty of storage available. 

It is situated in a well maintained and secure building.

***THE ROOM***
The bedroom is a large double with large windows, a double bed and mattress, a 2 spacious wardrobes, chest of drawers and mirror.

***Transport***

Bus station just in front of the building and a 10 min walk to London Bridge St or 15-18 min walk to Tower Hill St.

** Deposit & bills***
Flat is rented through an agency so reference check and a 6 weeks secure deposit is required.  

Bills are not included (approx. £110-£120 per month)
