I am renting my gorgeous new build flat from mid/end October - however dates could be flexible.

The flat:
It really is a must see - a mini haven with a balcony overlooking the canal where you can sit and watch the boats go by. There is no other property looking over it, the view is beautiful and very calming - just greenery.

The flat has 2 double bedrooms; the master comes with an ensuite and huge built-in mirrored wardrobe, the second with a mini balcony overlooking the canal - there is a separate main bathroom as well.

The living and kitchen area is open plan - very bright and airy with sliding doors that open onto the balcony - all amenities are only a year old.

Location:
A 10 minute walk on the canal to Apsley Station, which will get you to London Euston within 30 minutes. Hemel Hempstead town centre is 5 minutes away by car, Kings Langley's lovely quaint village and coffee shops are also 5 minutes away and you are 10 minutes from Watford and St Albans (equally great for commuting into Kings Cross). There is a big Sainsbury's or mini Tesco also very close to the flat.
