sadly our flatmate is moving to the US and we have an ensuite room available in our amazing penthouse!! From Nov 24th

The flat is a modern duplex with huge bay windows on the 6th and 7th floor overlooking Victorian houses. We have a lot of space with an open kitchen, a very large living room, a terrace, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite).

The bedroom is large with plenty of space with a window overlooking the inner courtyard. It has a double bed frame, 2 wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with power shower, toilet and sink. It is partially furnished (missing a mattress and a chest of draw).

The flat is 7 min to Aldgate East or Whitechapel. 5 min walk to Brike Lane and 15 min walk to Spitalfields Market. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. It is a great location, close to the City, Shoreditch and Canary Wharf!

We are 2 girls, Sophie is 33yo, French, FinTech Marketing Manager, and Anna, 34yo, Italian, Program (Email Removed After Let) are outgoing and social. We love cooking and sharing a glass of wine. We enjoy London life and like to host friends over for dinner or brunch.

It is not only a flat share, it's our home and we would like to meet someone with the same vision. We are looking for a professional of the same group age. Tidy and respectful is a must, but also social and friendly.

The rent is £1102 /month. There is a deposit of £1600.
