The deposit to be paid is £800

[The room]

- Tile Floor! no carpet - easy to clean

- The room's got floor heating - so you won't be shivering when it's cold outside

- Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house but you can smoke outside in the mews because it's got a door to it. - EASY ACCESS

- Each room is secured with a Digi-pad lock.

[The communal Area]

- Kitchen is equipped with 1 American style double door fridge+freezer and 1 additional (slightly smaller) fridge+freezer .

- There are 1 bathroom (upstairs) and 1 toilet with a sink (downstairs).

[Flatmates]

It's an international flat ( Columbian / American. English Couple / Spanish / German) - 5 people + YOU = TOTAL 6 people

We don't wear shoes inside the house most of the time ~ CLEAN!

[Transport]

- This house locates in between Holloway Road station (15 min on foot) and Archway Station (13 min on foot)

- There are bus stops (1-2 min on foot) both ways - Bus no. 17, 43, 263, 271 etc.

For instance, if you take a bus (no.17), it'll take you 25mins to get to Kings Cross.

[ Area ]

- Sainsbury's Local and Pure Gym Holloway Road within 3 minutes on foot

- Lots of shops down on Holloway Road - for food shopping and everything.
