The front door is just down the left hand side of Rain Bar (opposite peveril of the peak), however the flat is at the rear of the building. 5 minute walk to oxford road station, 10 minute walk to city centre. just down the canal from Deansgate locks or canal street. There is some odd noise late at night, but not too much and you quickly get used to it. Rain bar has strict limits on its hours so no music etc after 11pm. You get a general "hubbub" of noise from rain bar, but it isn't a very loud/shouty crowd so its not too bad.

Currently paying around £30/month for water and £80/month for Electricity (No gas) - Currently paying £131/month Council tax. Service charges are included in the rental price. Internet can be provided by Virgin or any company over a normal BT line (BT line not tested, but Virgin works well 100mb+).
