Penmakers Court is an Extra Care scheme for people aged 55 and over. The scheme is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower the individual to live a fulfilled and active life. We ensure privacy and dignity are maintained at all times.
