Room in a Shared House, Warren Drive, RM12

I am looking for a professional male or female to share this house with a double bedroom and also the use of a (spare room) which can be used a chill out living room.
This house is very large and very spacious throughout. It is a 10 min walk to Elm Park underground and 15 mins by bus to Romford train station. The room has a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobes therefore loads of storage space. Unfortunately there is not use of a washing machine however there is a large fridge freezer for your own personal use.

There is also the use of the driveway. The shops are local and there are several bars and restaurants in the area.

I am a professional person. I am a very easy going person who enjoys cooking and relaxing and I enjoy a laugh.
Although I live in the property I will make your stay as comfortable as possible and allow you your own space ss I am an easy going person.
