The Landlord offers a rapid response to any maintenance issues (often same day or next day).

When viewing a property at Arcadia Mews, the best reference you can get is by speaking to any of the other residents - ask them how happy they are living at Arcadia Mews and how satisfied they are with the service they receive from their Landlord! Many of the existing residents have been living at Arcadia Mews for several years, which is why these properties rarely become available (this particular apartment has been fully let for the last 8 years...since the day it was built!)

Unlike many converted houses or flats above shops/commercial premises (most of which are quoting similar rents!), these apartments are purpose-built and the room sizes and layout of the accommodation on offer is therefore so much better (and more modern) than most other properties in the local area. 80% of alternative properties are located on or very close to main roads, which are noisy and with only very limited on-street parking, which is often very congested.

Rents in Birmingham city centre are generally double my quoted rental rate, yet the City Centre is so quickly & easily accessible from Arcadia Mews!

To be eligible to rent this property, prospective tenants must be able to provide satisfactory references (employer & previous Landlord) and pass a credit check. Ideally suited to a couple of working professionals, the rental rate equates to just £272 per month per person (or just over £62 per person per week), which is less than what you might pay for a single room in a house share/home of multiple occupancy - this is obviously a much better option! A deposit equivalent to 6 weeks rent will be held securely by the DPS (Deposit Protection Service) for the duration of the tenancy.

Due to the quality of accommodation being offered, and giving consideration to all other current residents, please note that we are only able to consider working/professional tenants only. We are unable to accept pets, students or DSS/social housing claimants. Smoking is prohibited inside the building or in any of the apartments.

This property is available for a long-term let but will be initially let on a 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST) with an option for a longer renewal if all goes well.
