A good sized one bedroom flat for rent either as a 12 week rental or possible for longer term depending on the intensions.

The flat has double glazed windows overlooking Mill Street in the centre of Alloa. It has seperate kitchen with south facing window overlooking (overgrow) garden to rear. This garden is private and common to the 4 flats in the block yet has had zero work making it more garden like.

This means its not useful as a garden but if you wanted to stay long term it is an oppertunity for a keen gardener to make it into a private outdoor space. The garden is high walled and very sunny. Currrently it has 5 foot high nettles.

It has a bathroom with bath and electric shower, WC and basin. The kitchen is large enough to put a small 2 seat table to eat from. It has a fridge, oven, washing machine and hob.

The central heating is via night store heaters as there is no gas. The kitchen hob accordingly is electric.

There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and also in the hall room that houses the hot water tank and electric meter.

Currently is a sofa that can be made into a L shape or 2 seperate ones. It is uncovered at the moment and I am reviewing the options to make a replacement cover. It will be sprayed with fire coating to meet the fire requirements/. After I clean it there will still be some marks on the sofa. 

There is a storage unit in the lounge that a TV can be placed on. There is no TV. If a short term rental was agreed it is possible to put in extra items. Currently it has no bed but I can arrange a single, double or even two single beds depending on the interest.

The bedroom has a large sized built in wardrobe. It has netural carpeting. The common area is not the best condition so you will have to set your expectations it is a path to the flat and can be cleaned if a tennant wanted yet there is no rota with other flats.

The lounge is large with 3 high windows you can see from the photos. I could entertain the possibility of converting the lounge into a smaller lounge with one of the windows then split to make a single bedroom. This would be subject to approvals and I only mention it in case it makes a difference in the rent/interest.

Pets subject to agreement. Housing Benefit only possible if paid direct to me so I am not sure that is possible as not aware of the system.

There is no parking included with the flat due to the location in the centre of Alloa. There is free council parking areas just a couple of mins walk away.
