This is a fabulous & spacious fully furnished room, with double bed, nightshades,
closet and two big windows that let all the daylight in givinga pleasant sensation. The apartmenthas two bedrooms, one is mine and the other, the one in the pictures will beyours, with complete and separated kitchen (electric hob & oven) that isconnected to the living room/study zone.

In winter we have central heating. Insummer we have no air conditioning but the house is very is very cool becausewe have many windows, we are a ground floor and we have a backyard for private that lets in a lot of wind.

I have twokitties, must be a catlover!!!

Must be a clean and respectfull person,as I do, I am an active woman with 3 amazing adult sons that live in differentcountries. The common spaces of the house are for enjoyment and we must usethem thinking about the other. I have no problem in you having visitors sinceyou respect the spaces, privacity and the life of the other one.

PLEASE!!! Must SPEAK SPANISH!!! because my English is very basic and with google traductor communication is a mess, so,in order to be able to talk you must speak at least a litte bit of spanish!Sorry for that! Its negotiable but it will be better for me…

Other important issues: Smokers are allowed but must smoke on the windows or in the backyard. Bakyard has only entrance from my bedroom but you can acces there to take the sun, do a barbeque or whatever if my door is open!

I am available to show it from Monday to Friday after 6:00pm. Saturdays and Sundays all day long.
