There are large windows which have blinds / curtains on them.

Our home is a very nice, sociable & friendly house. There will be a max of 4 of us altogether as there are 4 bedrooms.

Ideally you would be a considerate NON-SMOKING professional / Student & prepared to take your share of the housework in keeping the flat Clean & Tidy.

The bathroom has a full bath, power shower, window the full length of the wall a large heated towel rail & a toilet. There is another toilet downstairs.

The kitchen has a new washer/dryer, Large fridge freezer & you have your own shelf in the fridge & drawer in the freezer, a double oven with hob & large microwave. The kitchen overlooks our own private front garden.

No smokers or Bikes in the house but a bike can be locked in the front garden or in the private communal bike lock up.

Bills cost £65 each a month aprox :
Bills are Council Tax, Water, Virgin Unlimited broadband, Gas & Electricity.
We also employ a cleaner every 2 weeks which we currently pay £8.50 a time each towards.

There is a food shop just across the road & there are all the amenities you could want 2 mins walk away on Hoxton Street. The Co-Op supermarket is less than 5 mins walk away.

We are beside Shoreditch Park which is great for all outdoor sports with tennis courts, a leisure centre & gym.

Pitfield Street is just moments from ever fashionable Hoxton Square with its extensive array of restaurants, exclusive fashion boutiques and fantastic bars. Columbia Road, Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market are all close by and the financial heart of the City is also easily accessible.
