I have a room to rent in a south facing seventh floor flat with views of central London and Hampstead Heath. The building is ex-council, with two lifts and a key-card entry system. It is located on the Camden Road on many bus routes, including 29, and the closest underground stations are Caledonian Road and Kentish Town.

The room available is a large double bedroom in a fully furnished two bedroom apartment with lounge conversion. All three rooms are similar sizes. The room available is the lounge conversion, furnished with a single high bed with desk, sofa, and hanging and drawer space. The south wall is a floor to ceiling glass sliding door to the balcony with a view of London. I am keen for the balcony to be made available to other flatmates. The flat is airy and bright, with wood flooring, and we rarely need to turn on the heating in winter. There is a decent sized shared kitchen, and a separate bathroom and loo.
