House is 2minutes walk to Bournville station (trains every 10 minutes to University of Birmingham, QE hospital (5 mins) and City Centre 10 minutes). Regular buses to city centre and Kings Heath/Moseley.

There is a large co-op and farmfoods in walking distance & an iconic pub, the British Oak. There are lots of curry houses, a great fish and chip shop, vegan pie shop, a library and community centre (with yoga, cinema screenings etc..) all a couple of minutes walk away

The house has 5 bedrooms (4 other flatmates). The other flatmates are young professionals. The house is kept clean and tidy with a calm and friendly atmosphere. There is a cleaner for the communal areas. There are 2 shower rooms & an extra separate loo & basin.

First month's rent and deposit due when the tenancy is signed. £150 to hold the room for you which will be deducted from your first month's rent.
