I am looking for a flatmate to become part of my unique and beautiful flat located in the historical ex –council (one of the nicest you’ll find) on Maiden Lane in Camden.

This two-bedroom maisonette with large patio is located on the iconic Maiden Lane Estate between Camden and Kings Cross. It was built between 1979-1982 to a design by the revered Modernists architects George Benson and Alan Forsyth. You can read more about the history and architecture of the building here:

The apartment is a really spacious, bright and airy 2 bedroom, one bathroom with a great open plan kitchen/living room opening onto a lovely patio to enjoy the sun. There is a lot of storage space, which is rare for central London flats. We also have Sky fibre.

The room available is located on the second floor. It is really spacious and is furnished with a king sized bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment is close to Camden Town tube station (10-15 minute walk), Camden Road Overground (5 minute walk) and Kings Cross (10-15 minute walk) with regular buses to Central London.

Regents Park and Hampstead Heath are all a short walk away.

You’ll be sharing with me, I’m a 37 year old full-time travel and blues-loving academic from Greece who doesn’t care about your gender, ethnicity or shoe size as long as you’re clean and not a ****...:)
