I have a double room available now in the heart of SW8 - Zone 1.

I have tried to lay out the pictures to guide you from outside up to the top floor where your room is waiting.... Let's make a start! I'll show you the garden first, I feel lucky every day to have an outside space, check out its beauty in all seasons. From the garden we will walk inside through double doors into our kitchen.  It really is the hub where gathering happens. Its spacious, has everything we need and then some... From the kitchen we go up the first floor and leading off to one side is the living area. 

This living area is large, tastefully decorated with lots of warmth. On the second floor is your room. If you have lots of clothes then this will be perfect for you as there are three wardrobes inside (white), and you also have added bonus of underbid storage  -  great for suitcases and shoes.

A large shared modern bathroom next door with bath, shower, basin and WC. The house is unusually wide which is great and this means we have a beautiful window seat area. As we are semi detached you get to enjoy the quietness looking onto a basketball area. Perfect for a budding writer or artist needing a quiet and inspiring seating or snug...? I do have more pictures but honestly, it's best to come see as the pictures to me don't quite do it justice. You get the whole picture in person. 

LOCAL AREA:

- TRANSPORT

Well, we are in zone 1 - how amazing is that? #SW8, the connections are amazing and we are 10 minute walk from Vauxhall (Victoria line and over-ground, Gatwick express). Stockwell station also very close where you can pick up the Northern Line. We are set back from the hustle and bustle and sat on a quiet street. Everything you could possibly need is on our door step in case you don't want to venture further. We have some independent small shops, cafes, restaurants (Portuguese ones). This area is know as 'Little Portugal'. and a large superstore Sainsbury's less than five minutes walk and more recently a Co-Op about 3/4 mins walk.  

FINANCIALS:

Bills work out at about £90- £120 per month, this includes Gas, Council Tax, water Broadband etc can fluctuate depending on deal with supplier and our fair usage

Electricity check in place (recently had all electrics checked again and told everything is in perfect order.

DEPOSIT: 

Your deposit will be held safely in a (TDP) which is a government-backed tenancy deposit scheme and returned at the end of the tenancy.
