Room in a Shared House, Victoria Rd, B27

A spacious, airy, clean, comfortable double room in a well maintained property. The room overlooks the garden and has plenty of space and storage for possessions.  The bathroom is spacious and has both a bath and shower.  There is also another shower room.  We have 3 toilets.
All doors have locks, rent books issued.
There is a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room,  laundry facilities, parking on drive, wi-fi and large garden.
Everyone here is professional, friendly and hardworking.
We come from several different countries and all get along well. 
It is a friendly house, everyone is respectful of each other and non-intrusive.  We are all quiet people so it's a good place for study.  Calm and peaceful.  
We all often meet for a chat in the kitchen and sometimes share cuisine from our native countries.  There is a dog here but no other pets.
Students are welcome.  Sorry but no DSS, pets or children.

Rent includes all bills.
