The tenants
At the moment 3 of the rooms are rented by professionals, a mixture of males and females of different nationalities (Singapore, Italy, France). Two work at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant and the other is a doctor. One room is let to another medical professional, but they are only there twice a month.
The apartment
There is fully equipped kitchen. Cozy dining area, bathroom and toilet separate , plenty of storage and nice and artistic corridor ,with pictures on the walls .The house is kept very clean and tidy and you would feel at home due to their lovely attitude towards the home atmosphere. There aren't many parties since all of them are busy working and respecting each other space.
It is in a safe and beautiful area 2 min from Battersea Park .

The transport
44, 319 and 344, 345, 49, 19, 137 bus routes within easy reach of Clapham Junction, as well as Kings road and Victoria with their bars, coffee shops and bustling town centres.
Up to 8 min walk to get to Battersea Park Rail Station and Queenstown Station.

The bills
Electricity, gas, household materials are not included (monthly altogether about 15-35 pounds depending on the season).
