There is a shortage of properties for rent in this area. This means we are looking for the best tenants there are. You need to be employed/in business/self-supporting, so not relying on benefits. You need good landlord references because I need to know you will keep the house clean and undamaged and let me know when anything goes wrong. The ideal tenants for this house will probably be a couple, or a family of three, or two friends sharing. I will not accept two couples because the house is too small for that. I am not looking for three unrelated sharers because new rules mean I would soon need an HMO licence in this case.
