The flat is particularly suitable for employees working in the campus of the University of Manchester / Manchester Metropolitan University (20 - 25 minutes by bus), but also Salford University.
The area is conveniently served by public transport: bus (85, 86 and 23) and Metrolink tram (Chorlton stop is two minute walk). The tram takes 18 minutes to the city centre and 40 minutes circa to Manchester Airport.
