This is a house share with 6 others, a mix of sensible students and professionals. There are 3 communal bathrooms and a kitchen fully supplied with pans, plates and cutlery. There is a laundry room in the basement and lots of space for storage, as well as a communal garden area out back.

For the double you would be taking over a contract over a tenant leaving, so it ends in the second week of September this year (and will be open to renewal)

This is the same for the single room however the contract ends in October, although also had the option for renewal.
