Hello, i am a young professional (teacher) looking for a like minded flat mate to accommodate a double bedroom within my two bed flat. The flat has been fully decorated and refurbished, featuring a brand new kitchen with induction hob and high spec oven, whilst the lounge has virgin media, wireless fibre broadband and a flat screen tv. The bedroom is furbished with a bed and bedside table whilst containing an inbuilt wardrobe. The whole flat is of use in additon to an outside garage. I The flat is on the top floor (4th) and tucked away, allowing for no noise disturbance from the neighbours. There is outside parking within a courtyard. All bills are included within the rent price. The flat is located 5 minutes away from Frimley train station. I am looking for a clean, tidy and reliable tenant, who works in the local area, with the intention to live in the flat for a year etc. This is a flat share with the owner of the property.
