There is no shortage of places to eat nearby - ranging from Italian, Greek to Turkish and Caribbean - as well as the coffee shops and restaurants in nearby Angel and Islington.  

For groceries, there is Market Road, Angel and many other local shops, also offering organic produce. A large Morrisons or Waitrose in Holloway High St or Sainsbury's in Angel are very short bus rides away.  

If you have children, Thornhill Square and Barnard Park playgrounds are well equipped. And the little ones won't want to miss a visit to Paradise Wildlife Park or Barnard Adventure Park - all walking distance to the flat. Tennis Centre (with inside and outside courts) and Cally swimming pool are also very close by.
