Available only to non-smokers and with no pets. Professional tenants only with good references. Full financial and employment references / evidence needed. Possible for a child or two perhaps. My last tenants have been very happy and treated the house very carefully. The street is quite a unique one with a wonderful friendly atmosphere, and ideally placed for Canterbury within the 'village' atmosphere of St Dunstans.
I will be able to arrange visits for the week from April 7th to 15th. After that they may be possible too.
