The property will be vacant from 1 April 2018.  Please get in touch (email) to arrange a time.  Two references, evidence of income and a deposit are vital.  A direct debit system for rental will be set up.  A short-hold tenancy agreement will be drawn up.

The full deposit will be returned at the end of the rental period should the property, including gardens, be left in at least as good an order as at move in date, fair wear and tear considered.
