we are two girls, Eleonora 27, gallery intern and Laura, 26 PhD student.
We are renting out a beautiful double-bedroom that is furnished, has plenty of storage space, much daylight (three windows), high ceilings and comes with a TV!
Besides this amazing room, we have two bathrooms including showers, our lovely Henry the Hoover, a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave and another large TV in the living room as well as a nice balcony facing our garden.
We are two friendly people looking for a sociable, polite and clean person (either student or young professional, aged 25-33) who sees this flat more like a home than just a place to sleep. We like to cook together or hang out together in the living room and ideally you would like that too! Our flat is based between Oval and Stockwell tube station, both approx. 12min walking distance, and several bus stops that are less than 5 min away. The house is located in a quiet residential street with a Tesco around the corner. A Lidl, Sainsbury and Co-op as well as a gym are also very close. There are plenty nightbuses and night tube options as well as a variety of bars and food places around in Brixton and Clapham North.
£1,200.00 deposit, We also have a cleaning lady that is included in the price.
