Great location, bus stop only 5 minutes walk or 30 minute walk to Canterbury bus station, local shop only 10 minutes walk.
The house is owned my myself, and my partner lives with me, we also have a cat, so would not recommend to anyone who doesn't like cats :-). We are are friendly and easy going couple, we like the house kept clean, so would appreciate someone who can clean behind themselves.
