The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (sheets provided), dresser, mirror, hanging rail.
Shared use of bathroom, kitchen and living areas.
Would suit someone who needs to let short term.
There is ample parking on the same road.

All bills included, including unlimited use of wifi.

There are very good transport links within a 3 minute walk from the house, serving connections to the Bull ring within 12 minutes.
There is a convenience store just opposite and many shops 5 minutes walk away.

I currently live in the house. I am renting but have full control over the property as the Landlord is a close friend.

It is a 2 bedroom house with one bathroom, 2 reception rooms, kitchen and a utility area which I use as my office as I work from home.

About me:
I am a friendly, outgoing person who enjoys being sociable as well as enjoying my own time.
I love music, movies, dining out and reading.
I am currently working on setting up my own business as a fashion Designer so most of my free time is spent on that at the moment.
I am hoping to find a like minded individual with whom I get along well with but enjoys their own space also.
