We are renting a lovely bright room in a calm, clean,spacious and comfortable flat in Queen's park, minutes away from little Venice.

The flat is located in a lively area 3 minutes from Queen'spark tube station and benefits from great transport links. The property islocated close to M&S and Sainsbury's and there is a local farm market everySunday.

The Room is well organised with a metal wardrobe, drawers,wall shelves, and new bed frame with a comfy mattress. The flat comprisesanother double bedroom, occupied by Matjaz working on robotics applications, abright bathroom with shower and bath tub, a living room and kitchen and plentyof storage facilities.

The flat comes fully furnished and fully equipped, includinga dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine and HD TV.

The monthly rent is 710£ (bills excluded). Bills typicallyare up to additional 80-90£ per month (including Council tax, Wifi and Utilities– water, gas, electricity).

You will share the flat with Matjaz from Slovenia a engineerin his early 30s with a passion for climbing and cycling. He is clean andrespectful.

The room will be available from March 9th, but I might beflexible to accommodate earlier dates.
