I have 1 rooms to rent in a household of myself (30/m) and my 2 housemates (30/m). We both work shifts and are hardly in during the day.
The house is located in Stafford near queens retail park and jun 13 of the M6 on the no. 6 bus route.
The rooms are both furnished with single beds, wardrobes etc but happy to upgrade where needed. Everything in (high speed Wireless internet, basic Virgin TIVO, Living-room PC use with streaming movies etc, elec, gas, TV license, council tax!) is 75p. w. (room for a double - TAKEN) or £70(single) for the smaller room.
The kitchen and bathroom are shared. The house is in the majority to a good standard with improvements being made (its had new kitchen, bathroom, living room & stairs refurbishment since 2014 and both rooms recently decorated). Please let me know if you're interested. I normally ask for no deposit, but a month ahead We'd be looking for someone who's friendly & quiet but not disruptive :) All the best, Max.
