A nice traditional 30s semi with circular bay just next to the town centre and 2 minute walk to the bus station and ASDA, within easy reach of all facilities including the Steelworks Main Entrance and the railway station if needed. Parking is available off street for up to two cars.

Upstairs there are 2 good size doubles and one small bedroom and downstairs there is one double bedroom and a communal room with TV.

Facilities include a large, well-stocked galley style kitchen, washing machine, fridge-freezer, sitting room with 32 inch Samsung Smart TV and free use of Netflix on any of your devices. Outside there is a patio and garden and a huge garage/store. I have useful things like spare bikes if you need one to get to work or get around. A well-behaved pet may be possible subject to agreement with other occupants.

I am a very fair-minded and helpful person and genuinely care about the well-being of my tenants. As a result many of my former tenants consider me to be a friend and not just a landlord, and will ask me first for a room if they return to town.

Somebody recently commented to me that it was the nicest shared house they had ever been in, and I hope you will feel the same way!
