There is also a large desk and a swivel chair. Some of the furniture can be removed if not required.

Rent includes all bills - council tax, electricity, gas, water, TV Licence and Wi-Fi Internet.

The house has three other rooms all rented by individuals. Communal areas include a bathroom with wash basin and large shower cubicle, a separate toilet and a roomy kitchen/diner with access to a large sunny garden. In the kitchen there are two large fridge freezers and plenty of cupboards for food storage. There is an electric cooker with two double fan ovens, a washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle as well as cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. 

The house is on a quiet street a five minute walk fromElm Park Underground Station – 40minutes to Central London. The local shopping centre has a large variety of shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrisons.  Elm Park is on the 365, 252, 165 and 372 bus routes providing easy access to Queens Hospital, Lakeside Shopping Centre and Romford Mainline Station which gives fast access to Liverpool Street. There is a Tennis Club a short walk from the house and Harrow Lodge Park is nearby – here you will find a Sports Centre and Swimming Pool.
