Two professionals living together.  We have a spare room available from Feb 2018 for three months/ potentially longer. 

Its a decent sized double room, built in wardrobe, set of draws and a desk/chair. 

Its in a quiet block of flats over looking endcliffe park. 

Open plan kitchen lounge with balcony. 

One shared bathroom. 

There's a utility with a another toilet, washing machine and a separate dryer. 

There are a few rules that apply to all properties in the complex.  Happy to explain them if need.  Eg: no noise made between 11pm-8am- no clothing allowed on balconies or hung out of windows etc.  

All bills including water, gas, electric, fibre internet, tv licence, ground rent and council tax cost about 150 per month each, on top of rent.
