1 Bed Flat, Frobisher House, E1W

A recently renovated and decorated 1-bed flat in the heart of Wapping with separate kitchen and new designer furniture available from April 1st, 2018. The flat is 2 minute-walk from Wapping overground. Parking permit can be obtained from Tower Hamlets.

The area is very residential and safe, with lots of lovely cafes in and around Wapping and St Katharine Docks, nearby. As a woman living there for many years I never had any issues. The neighbours are all very nice and friendly.
 
I renovated and furnished the whole flat about 8 months ago to my own taste with intentions to live there for some years to come but ended up having to move out for personal reasons (excluding the kitchen which I renovated about 4 years ago). I have had a lovely tenant living there for the past 7 months but unfortunately, she's having to move elsewhere for her job at the end of March.

The living room furniture is mostly from Made.com plus a recliner from DFS and a Persian rug. The bedroom mattress, the bed and wardrobes are all very high quality items from Warren Evans. 

I am looking for a very tidy, clean and reliable tenant who looks after the flat as his/her own. The flat is suitable for a single person, or a couple. Postgraduate or doctoral students are welcome (subletting is not allowed).
