Lovely, sunny, good sized  and very cheap double available in a recently renovated 3 bed place- Dongola Road n17. Rent is £520 pcm an bills abt £70pcm.

There r 2 nice others, Steve and Brittany- not  couple in 20,s/30,s.  Both sociable,friendly etc.). Steve is English a musician and works as a conservationist and Brittany is a graphic designer

There are wooden floors throughout the flat and there isnice airy living room. The place is on a very quiet road with very good transport links- Seven Sisters Victoria Line and overland to Liverpool St (12mins), loads of buses and Turnpike Lane a bit further away (Piccadilly Line).

Lots of shops at bottom of road, nearby a massive Tescosnearby and a local good leisure centrewith swimming pool a 5 min walk away

One stipulation is absolutely no slobs as like to have reasonably tidy place- r not clean freaks either though. Also wd prefer a working personas have to get up in the mornings so no late night party animals although we do like the odd bottle of wine.
