Two italian girls are living in the flat already and they consider it as a space where to relax, keep clean, have a good laugh and switch the brain off from the craziness of London.
The flat is brand new, fully furnished and the room is super bright and comfy!
The ideal minimum stay is until October , but we can discuss it and see how to meet each other needs!
Price is 550 + bills (not more then 30/40 pounds per month, and as soon as winter is over, bills will reduce significantly).
6 weeks deposit is also required to pay to the estate agents to cover the room (Ludlow & Thomas) - these payments go directly through the estate agents not us.
