The flat is really big by London standards and the location is unbeatable! 5 minutes to Westfield shopping centre which means every single amenity you need is right on your doorstep! During the summer you can walk not even 10 minutes to Holland Park.

Your future flatmate is really easy going and works in a bank in the city so is hardly home during the week. Water is included in the rent, electricity is about £10 p/m and super fast internet is around £18 per month. Move in date is very flexible but the sooner the better! Please arrange a viewing fast (after 18:00 on weekdays or on weekends) and you could be neighbors with the Beckhams :)
