There is huge master bedroom with a king size bed and extra large wardrobe and comfortable seat. The second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a bath. The house also has a huge cellar which hosts the washing machine and a stand alone tumble dryer and an extra large fridge freezer.

The house is situated on a street with buses which go directly into Leeds and it's only a short walk to Horsforth train station which will get you into Leeds in 15 minutes. Parking is available for free, please note that this is on street parking.

The house has recently had a lot of refurbishment completed on it including a brand new boiler, new oven and it's been fully repointed on the outside to ensure that the house is well insulated. The rear of the property has a secure garden with a small decking area which is accessed through the double doors in the living room. 
Please note that the house will only be rented as seen and I will not remove any furniture from the property. If you wish to store furniture in the cellar, you firstly need to seek my permission to do so as I will need access to the electricity meter.

WIFI is included in the bills but I can remove this at my discretion in the future. You need to sign an acceptable use policy in order to use the internet at the property and any additional costs which are incurred through your use will be payable by you.
