Room in a Shared Flat, Harvist Road, NW6

Hello! We are two friends / flatmates looking for someone to replace our third flatmate who is (sadly) leaving us to move in with her boyfriend.

We are one 27 year old American man, one 34 year old Chinese woman, and one 5 year old house cat. In the evenings we are quite social and enjoy cooking and watching Netflix / Amazon in the lounge. In the summer we are only one block away from queen's park, which makes an excellent place for a picnic. The shared living space has a washer and a separate tumble dryer (perfect for doing laundry in a hurry). The kitchen has a dishwasher and an "american" style fridge/freezer so there is always plenty of space for food. Although we always strive to keep the house in a clean state we also have a cleaner who comes once a week to do a deeper clean.

The flat is the 1st floor / top floor of a terraced house with a private entrance and the available room looks out onto the back garden, secluded from street noise. The bedroom can be furnished with or without a bed, the rest of the house is already furnished. The open bedroom comfortably holds a double bed plus room for yoga and ambulation space. The room also has both shelving and lots of closet space. The bathroom would be shared with only one person as the third bedroom has its own en suite. Unfortunately we are not looking for couple to move in.
