We have for rent our beautiful 3 bedroom cottage in the quaint village of Higham, Derbyshire.

Upstairs continues to boast character and charm and offers 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom with cottage fireplace and wooden flooring, a double room with a sky light and fitted carpet. The third single room also contains a fitted carpet with built in wardrobe space. 

To the outside of the property a gravel driveway offers ample off-road parking for 2 cars and an outside seating area with established herb tubs. The driveway is surrounded by mature trees and an enclosed fence.

Within 20 yards of the cottage there is a bridle path leading to Ogston Reservoir, which is an extremely picturesque walk accross the Derbyshire countryside.

There are also 2 pubs within walking distance and a convenience shop in the next village of Shirland.

The nearest town is Alfreton, which is approximately 3 miles away.
