The bedroom has built in storage and chest of drawers. There is a bed that was left by the previous tenant, or you can supply your own, or we can agree I can purchase if necessary.

The flat is lovely, neighbours are also lovely and I would like someone who will take care of it. Ideally I'm after a long term let with someone who wants a home rather than a place for a year.

Previous tenants have left it shabby, so I am repainting fresh (and some replastering) and would like it kept that way. There's a sky cable installed also if you want that.

There is a cat flap, so pets are not a problem. Probably wouldn't suit a large dog though, and would require possible extra deposit for pets (to be discussed)
