We are a french working couple, both 27 years old, living in Shoreditch for 2 years now. We love this active area of London quite intense with many shops, restaurant, markets, street art, parties... the typical east London life! We love to travel, discover the world, other culture, eating food (of course!) and always keen to meet new people.
We like to keep our flat quiet, tidy and clean but we also want to share good moment with nice flatmates. As we have a private rooftop, it would be lovely to share some beers together when the sun shows up.
About the flat :
It's a 2 bedrooms flat with 2 privates bathrooms.
The flat is very bright thank to the huge skylight in the living room. It is really spacious, with an open kitchen on a big living room.
As you understood we have a private rooftop which is just perfect during summer time.
The flat is located in Shoreditch, really convenient for commuting :
- 4 min walking from Hoxton Station
- 8 min walking from Shoreditch High Street
- 10 min from Old street
- 15 min from Liverpool street
The flat is quiet (which is quite amazing for this area) and safe (security 24/7).
Price is not negotiable.
It excludes the bills : £120 for the room per month
(council tax, TV license, broadband, electricity/gas, housecleaning).
