Situated within an old pub is our lovely two bedroom flat. A new build, our flat is bright and cosy. It is a great place to relax, especially on the private balcony ... or our communal roof terrace to take in spectacular views of London! The flat is on a quiet residential street and has double glazed windows. The flat has two separate bedrooms each with a queen-sized double bed, with one of them being a custom built loft bed (please note that you have to climb up a ladder to get into the loft bed!) The property is in a quiet safe building with a security entrance system.
The flat has a fully furnished kitchen and living room, a well-appointed bathroom, the bedrooms plus the private balcony and roof terrace. The balcony has a small table and four chairs. The terrace has sun loungers and picnic benches and an incredible view of London.

Located in trendy and diverse Peckham in south-east London, our flat is just a short walk away from the hot spots that have made Peckham one of the best places to live in London; Camberwell local cafes and pubs, contemporary art and evening entertainment are also ten minutes walk away. If you need some green space Burgess Park and its lake is a stroll away along the Surrey Canal path.
Getting around
The flat is located in Zone 2 in South East London. It is a short walk from Peckham Rye Station (approx 10 min walk) where you can catch the London Overground to fun areas including Shoreditch High Street, Camden, Clapham and Dalston Junction. Plus from Peckham Rye Station you can catch direct trains to Kings Cross/St Pancras International, London Victoria, City Thameslink, London Bridge, and more. It is very quick to get into central London for all the tourist sites or the City/Business. The closest bus stops are "The Academy at Peckham" and "Bonar Road" with frequent buses to the sights of central London including the 171 to Waterloo or Holborn, the 12 to Oxford Circus or Westminster, the 36/343 to Paddington, the 78 to Shoreditch or the 63 to King's Cross.
