Room in a Shared House, Green Lane, CR7

A big double bedroom is available to move in. Room is furnished: double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp, mirror, carpet flooring. All bills are included (water, gas, electricity, broadband). Cleaning lady is coming once in a week to clean common area: kitchen, bathroom, living room and hall way. In the kitchen there are all appliances: microwave, toaster, washing machine, refrigerator, oven etc. Living room is nice and cosy with two sofas and a TV. There is a big garden at the back of the house.

We are looking for a friendly, clean, calm and responsible person, who respects other people's space, non-smoker. No couples.

The house is located 15 min from Norbury station ( trains to Victoria station and London Bridge). There is a bus stop 1 min from the house - 250 to Brixton. Co-operative is opposite as well as some small shops and take-aways. There is a big Tesco 15 min away, Better Gym - 5 min on bus and lots of restaurants, cinema, parks in Streatham (10 min by bus).
