2 Bed Flat, Clifton House, W12

My fantastic modern flat with beautifully high ceilings is available to rent from March 7th!! 

I bought the flat completely refurbished in 2015. It is very special to me and so i'm looking for people that will take care of it and keep it clean!

The flats high ceilings make the space seem a lot bigger and the private grand entrance is a real bonus. The house its self used to be the mayors house so you can see how it might have been 50 years ago. There are original markings on the ceiling lights and also in the living room by the huge windows are original tiling. 

The main bedroom is kitted out with a huge wardrobe for both hanging and shelving. The smaller bedroom has storage outside the bedroom in the hall and also draws in the bedroom, also under the bed. 

I would like to leave all my furniture etc inside the flat so there really is no need for you to bring anything with you. The furniture is all pretty new and modern, the beds extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and dinning. 

The heating system is on a timer and the place heats up quickly and perfectly. The main bedroom is double glazed which makes all the difference to warmth and noise. The smaller bedroom is on the road side so can be quite noisy but the road is much much quieter at night.
