A beautiful, huge double room available in vauxhall sw8. 5 minutes walk to either vauxhall (Victoria or southwest trains) or Stockwell (northern). Located off South Lambeth road. Parking is available outside the house but a permit must be applied for. Sharing with two 28 year old females and one 32 year old male. All very friendly. The house is very well looked after and kept very clean and tidy. It is Maisonette style which makes it feel spacious as it is spilt over two levels. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. Also fully fitted bathroom with shower, bath and bidet. We have a beautiful huge living room with large dinner table, sofa and tv. We are looking for a single housemate to take this room. Young professionals who will respect and treat the house like their own. Flexible with move date available from beginning of Sept until End of Feb.
