There are 2 double bedrooms, which could accommodate 2 couples or 1 couple & a child or adult. The house and kitchen has all the mod-cons, with your own driveway for parking. The house is close to South Ealing tube, & is opposite the lovely Gunnersbury Park. The house is available roughly from Dec 30 - March 3, 2018 but the dates are flexible at this point, so please ask!  If you wanted to be in before Christmas, that may also be possible.

This is a short term let only for roughly around 2 months.  The house is on a quiet private lane, so it's very peaceful & the area is green & leafy! The house has a large double living room, a separate dining room with french doors that open onto the large garden, a fitted kitchen with all the mod cons, (including dishwasher, washing machine, oven & induction hobs, fridge/freezer, kettle, microwave, iron & ironing board, pots & pans & all dishes & cutlery.  There is a modern bathroom with shower, toilet and bath. The house is fully furnished - along with all bed sheets, towels etc - all you need to do is move in with your luggage!

Wifi, electricity, gas, council tax & water is all included in the rental price.  The house is heated by central heating throughout. The house is ideal for a family - although please note there is no gate on the stairs or outlet covers, though they could possibly be arranged if necessary.

The property has excellent transport links with very easy & quick access to the A4 & M4 motorways. The property is also very close to Chiswick and very close to the Thames River at Strand on the Green which has a nice selection of lovely pubs on the river. If you like Kew Gardens, Chiswick House & Gardens and close proximity to Richmond Park then you're all set. 

Please note, all personal possessions will be removed, so you won't have to worry about any clutter.
There is also a cat residing at the property, which would be great if you were OK to feed her (the rental price reflects this). If not, the neighbours could feed her, she is used to going next door to their property (but she would still reside in the house).

The dates are flexible & if you need the property for longer than 2 months, may consider that, so please do ask!
