I'm looking for professional people to rent our nicely sized bright and airey double rooms.
There will be just 2 rooms available.
one double, one single.

The room has a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. Set in a quiet yet convenient location with Hackbridge station 5 minutes walk away with direct access to Clapham Junction, Victoria (26 minutes)and London Bridge stations. Sutton, Epsom and Dorking are the other direction. Tramlink to Wimbledon and Croydon is a 10 minute walk. Beddington park is only 3 minutes walk away plus local shops etc, it is perfect for Central London or the South coast, Gatwick or Heathrow etc. Wallington town centre is 15 minute walk with Sainsbury's and many other banks and shops etc.
With a large bathroom/shower upstairs and a toilet/shower room downstairs there should be no waiting for the bathroom.
Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc, oven/hob and extractor.
TV with surround sound,..fast WiFi.

Utility room.
There are 2 large upright fridge freezers and a, washing machine and tumble dryer, inside washing line, also storage for shoes and coats etc!
There is a conservatory and back garden with lawn for those sunny days to relax in. Rotary washing line. Side entrance and hose pipe/jet-wash facility.
Free parking on street.

This is a big house and spacious, viewing is essential.
